Sam serves as the Managing Partner and Broker of Record for Inland Pacific brokerage and property management companies. Starting in January of 2020, Sam lead efforts in founding a new corporate platform which involved restructuring and rebranding Inland Pacific to prepare for future growth. Sam is currently responsible for high-level strategic management and oversight of all business operations within Inland Pacific which include brokerage, property management, investment advisory, and investment syndication services.  

As a broker, Sam has built a strong client base and track record of success representing both owners and users of industrial space in San Diego. Sam currently represents over 1 million square feet of industrial property and has completed property sales of approximately $200 million since entering the industry in 2018.

Before Inland Pacific, Sam worked as an Associate for Stream Realty Partners San Diego office, focusing on industrial property leasing and sales. 

Sam graduated from the University of San Diego in 2018 with a major in Real Estate and minor Finance. Sam spent time working at various real estate firms, including NorthMarq Capital, Lee & Associates, and the Niki Group.
