Chris Nelson is currently a Managing Partner at Inland Pacific, specializing in capital markets and investment sales for Southern California commercial real estate investors. Chris transacted an excess of $300 million of real estate throughout his career and has worked with a diverse range of clients, spanning from private real estate owners to publicly traded corporations. His ability to provide creative industrial facility solutions and strategic portfolio advisory has helped him become one of San Diego's most active industrial brokers.

Chris's strategic vision and market knowledge have helped him assist clients in complex real estate dealings and deliver an extremely high quality of service. Chris is also an active investor in industrial real estate, which has helped to give him a unique understanding of construction, management, and property level accounting. Chris is also the co-founder of a commercial management company that manages over 450,000 SF of real estate in Southern California. He has worked to be able to create an integrated platform that allows him to be involved with clients from acquisition to project execution to disposition.

Before working with Inland Pacific, he worked as a broker with Stream Realty Partners, Marcus & Millichap, and the Saywitz company, specializing in investment sales and leasing. Nelson attended the University of San Diego double majoring in Finance and Marketing, all the while being president of USD’s sales club, spending a two-year long term as a senator on USD’s Associated Students Board, and participating in Phi Gamma Delta.
